Replacement Policy (No Returns)

At Zenvora Life, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to maintain hygiene standards and operational transparency, we follow a replacement-only policy.

Eligible Replacement Cases

We provide a free replacement only in the following situations:

  • Product damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered

Evidence Requirement

To process a replacement claim, customers must:

  • Share clear images and an uncut video of the parcel and product

  • Submit the evidence within 6 hours of delivery

Confirmation Timeline

  • Replacement approval or rejection will be communicated within 3 business days after claim verification.

⚠️ Claims submitted without proper evidence or beyond the 6-hour window will not be accepted.


Warranty Policy – 6 Months Coverage

All Zenvora Life products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional or performance-related issues

  • Internal product failure without physical damage

In such cases, we provide:

  • Free repair, or

  • Free replacement, depending on the issue

What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage

  • Mishandling, drops, water damage, or external impact

Every warranty claim product is thoroughly inspected before approval.

Special Support for Physical Damage

If physical damage is found:

  • Warranty claims will not be applicable

  • We will still offer:

    • Paid repair services at minimal cost, or

    • 20–30% discount on product replacement if repair is not possible

Our goal is to support customers fairly, even when warranty conditions are not met.


No Refund & No Return Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed

  • We do not accept returns, as our products are body-contact and hygiene-sensitive items

  • Used products are strictly non-returnable to protect customer safety and hygiene


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

  • Cancellation requests after this window will not be accepted

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled


Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Due to a high volume of fake and non-serious COD orders in the Indian market (approximately 30–40%), Zenvora Life follows a COD Advance Payment System.

COD Advance Requirement

  • Customers opting for COD must pay 20–30% of the order value in advance

  • This amount is non-refundable

  • The remaining amount is payable at delivery

This system helps us:

  • Filter genuine buyers

  • Reduce operational losses

  • Ensure faster and smoother deliveries for serious customers
